We use a range of couriers to deliver your order, based on your location, the size, length and quantity of your order and the shipping service selected. Our dispatch system is automated and will select the most appropriate service based on these variables.
If you select standard delivery your order will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. Express deliveries are sent on a 1-2 working day service but most will be delivered next working day. However these timescales are estimates, not guarantees. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us by email on email@example.com.
Shipping is FREE to all of the UK on smaller items and 95% of Mainland UK on larger items*. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas (Highlands, Isle of Man etc)
We make every effort to dispatch all orders placed up until 14.00 on the same working day, any order placed after 14.00 may not be dispatched until the next working day.
What day can you expect your order to be delivered?

Royal Mail Strikes - During the Royal Mail strikes we will move any orders we can to other carriers, however the other carriers are likely to be busier than usual so delays are still likely. Some smaller orders, for example samples can not be moved to other carriers due to their low value, so these orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail on their return to work. We would expect delays to last for at least 2-3 days after each strike date as the backlog is cleared.
When Express Delivery has been selected, this is the day you can expect delivery:
If you place your order on a public holiday, your items will take an additional business day to arrive.
Orders placed over the Christmas period may be subject to additional delays.
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 14 days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within this time frame and then return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your request to return. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by ShowerWheelsUK.
